FTS is a field testing service focused on one thing: verifying that installed fenestration and glazing systems resist air and water the way the project requires.
The result has to hold up — on the building and on paper
Field testing only matters if it is done to the letter of the standard. We follow the published ASTM and AAMA procedures exactly, document conditions and equipment, and report a clear pass or fail against the specified criteria. When a unit fails, we help locate why.
As an independent service, our only stake is an accurate result. Owners, architects, general contractors, and window and curtain wall manufacturers all rely on testing that is performed and reported without bias. We have worked with manufacturers including Alpen Windows and Pella Windows.
